I have a Bachelor’s in Communication Design, where I was first introduced to user experience design. It brought together my natural strengths: strategic thinking, problem solving, empathy, and systems thinking. I went on to pursue a Master’s in Human-Centered Design at Pace University in New York City to build on that foundation.

What I bring to the table
-
Expertise in wireframing and prototyping.
-
A sharp strategic lens and ability to quickly assess goals, paths, and priorities
-
Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, research, engineering, customer support & marketing
-
Strong communication skills to translate user insights into stakeholder-aligned stories
-
A natural eye for detail, design tools, and visual thinking
-
A deep sense of ownership and follow-through in everything I take on
I believe UX is a team sport, and I thrive when working across functions.
At CX by Design, I’ve expanded my role beyond design execution. I now mentor junior designers, lead standups, and support their professional growth.
Lately, I’ve also been guiding the team as we explore new AI tools to streamline design workflows and stay ahead of emerging trends, with the goal of working smarter while keeping users at the core of our decisions.

What I think you'll love
-
Depth by Drillbit Labs is a UX newsletter I never miss. It always leaves me with something to chew on
-
I’ve been exploring Tibetan cuisine, and Café Himalaya in the East Village is a favorite. If you’re in NYC or ever visiting, it’s worth a stop. Don’t miss their momos.

Lately, I’ve been spending my weekend afternoons at The NYC Drawing Room, a small business building a creative community. It’s like a second living room in the city, where you can relax, make art, and attend workshops. Highly recommend joining one of their open studio sessions!
I also enjoy making art and capturing life through casual phone photography. Take a look!
